Great article!! One of the greatest books ive ever read that helped me build up my confidence and shift my way of thinking was The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Mandino. Don’t let the title fool you. One of the first lessons in the book is to form good habits and become their slave. One of the many habits I changed was to constantly remind myself that I am worthy of everything I am working for. I encourage you all to read the book- but you must follow the book as instructed.

Words have power. So we definitely have to remember to use our words to build not destroy.

Daily affirmations is a great habit to practice.

” I have everything within me already to be great”

“Everything is as it should be”

    “I woke up like this”

My Sr. Yr at MSU has been very demanding from classes, different organizations and fulfilling my intership requirements it’s hard to feel capable sometimes, however, an affirmation that I started telling myself was that “I am strong, capable, loved and I can do anything I set my mind to bc there’s no such thing as a limit.”

This article really spoke to me. I’m 23 and I left the company that hired me right out of college for another to gain sales experience w/in the Health Care Industry. I’m not doing the best that I thought I would do & lately & it’s taken a tole on me emotionally. I’m praying to the Lord that the company I was with before hires me back or I get another offer from another company. I’ve been re grouping lately, reading posts like this helps me keep things in perspective. I’ve been working so much because I’m focused on paying off my loans that I l’ve neglected my relationship with the Lord. He’s been with me through this whole process & I’m trusting him to follow through.
