Loving this conversation! There are some awesome and valid points! Kudos to them for discussion of the position of Faith and marriage 🙂

I want this type of relationship so bad. This is why I’m single because I do not want to settle. There are too many women settling and that will not be me. I see so much growth in Megan good and I’m proud of her.

  3. EMPRESS SC says:

    Good*

  4. Kyla Ky says:

If only I could find a man willing to wait. I know the men I talk to are not willing to wait so I don’t pursue anything with them.

  5. Renee says:

I enjoyed the article and I’m happy she found her happiness. I just hate they portray this perfect relationship.

  6. Abbi says:

This is a great piece. Thanks for sharing!

  7. Megan looks really happy. And i can relate to not feeling “good enough” when you meet a good person because of your past but i hope they continue to keep God first and stay happy.

  8. Elaine Kally says:

I WAS JUST TALKING TO MY SON ABOUT THIS VERY TOPIC

  9. Imma #wait for the hate comments in 5…4…3…2….. Like someone has a gun to your head forcing you to 1. Wait for sex and 2. Listen to them. If you dont like it and have no intention of reading and understanding their viewpoint then DONT BUY OR PRESCRIBE TO IT… they are only offering suggestions about life as they lived it. If your happy with your current situation then whats the problem in theirs??? No ones is 100% perfect… If you dont agree dont worry about it…. Problem solved.

    1. and let the church say amen!

  10. Im so excited to read the book!!!! Feeling inspired

  11. We heard. But I’m grown and will have sex when ever I feel like it. Not everybody wants to be married. They can talk to teens though.

  12. If you wasn’t no virgin before you got married and stayed married 20+ years then you can’t teach me nothing what I want to know.

  13. These women are beautiful, famous, and have more financially than the average woman. Is anyone really shocked that seemingly “good” men flock to them? There are plenty of great regular women who would never marry according to these rules. Because the guy would move on. Notice how a even on these reality shows, once the women become more of a trophy, glamorous, more money… Their men want to be with them more, are nicer, hell Greg is Nene’s slave. Men are just as, if not more, opportunistic as women. Most men are not down with traditional roles anymore. I experienced this first hand. I used to produce shows, had flashy things, and was a socialite. I attracted LOTS of “good” men. Since then I’ve dealt with heart disease, and it took a lot out of me, i am/was still the same caring, cultured, and nurturing person but the treatment is vastly different…even by the ones who were for years up my ass.

  14. Terrie Mosley says:

I am in total agreement with Meagan and Devon. I am current in a relationship that we are practicing celibacy. It has been the best decision we have made as a couple. We both had been through a bad divorce and wanted to do everything in God’s order this time. It allows us to get to know one another without the cloudiness that sex brings. Sex sometimes forces you to stay in a relationship and accept things because you gave a piece of you away.

    1. EB says:

‘Sex sometimes forces you to stay in a relationship and accept things because you gave a piece of you away.'<<< COME ON IN WITH THAT WORD, HUNNY! SO TRUE!

  15. Tremayne P. says:

I think some of these commenters missed the point. They are not telling anybody that you should wait. They are talking about their own experiences and what it has done for them. They never said they were a perfect couple. They are a happy couple as they should be! If you can relate to them based on your own experiences then you will understand what they are talking about. If not then keep it moving, obviously their message isn’t for you! In my own experience I have come to a place that I needed to make a change in that area of my life for the better before they came out with their message. I support their views and whole-hearted agree to wait!

  16. She wasn’t “damaged”! I hate that term because we are so much more than what we’ve been through. Women are NOT damaged goods!

  17. I think. In empire Anika is gonna die says:

I think Anika is gonna die in the next season
    Of empire

  18. Like how I feel now. I’m so done. I will just move on with what God wants me to do and I don’t know what it is yet, I give up on Love. It’s not in the cards for me. Tired of being hurt and if it happens again I’ll lose it So I just give up.

  19. EmpressSC says:

@Pamela do not give up. God got you.
